Our Venue offers a variety of event spaces with flexible floor plans and set up arrangements. 

We accommodate, small or large numbers, casual or formal, seated or cocktail, inside or outside.
 Extensive hospitality and beverage packages can be tailored to your individual needs and budget, available upon request.

Event & Function Spaces 

Silks Dining Room

The Silks Dining Roomis our premium event and function space offering stunning panoramic views of the Apiam Bendigo Racecourse, surrounded by lush green manicured lawns all year round. 



The Silks Dining Room can seat up to 220 guests and 350 cocktail style with 12m x 5.5m dance floor.

Committee Room

The Committee Room offers your guests a stunning view of the entire racecourse taking in the lush green lawns and the iconic yellow roses.


The Committee Room seats up to 120 guests and 200 cocktail style and has a 12m x 5.5m dance floor.

Watson Bar 

The Watson Bar offers your guests a more casual setting overlooking the magnificent Apiam Bendigo Racecourse and is perfect for any cocktail style function. 

The Watson Bar can cater for up to 100 guests cocktail style.

Ascot Lounge

The Ascot Lounge is situated under the historic grandstand with direct access to a picturesque lawn area. It is perfect for functions with smaller guest numbers of up to 60 guests seated or 120  cocktail style. 

The Ascot Lounge has it’s own dance floor situated in the centre of the room with bar and kitchen facilities.

Sailors Guide Bar

The Sailors Guide Bar is situated under the historic grandstand with access on to the lawn area suitable for up to 70 guests cocktail style offering a more casual setting, perfectly situated to compliment our outdoor events.

The Terrace & Deck 

The Terrace & Deck  is a stunning outdoor space with a backdrop of our historic grandstand and a view looking out over the magnificent Apiam Bendigo Racecourse. 


Your guests will be able to take in the lush green lawns and beautiful gardens. This area is a stunning outdoor space for the summer months. Perfect for a Cocktail Event, Christmas Party or pre dinner drinks and canapes before heading into one of our function rooms. 


The Terrace & Deck  caters for up to 100 guests seated and 150 cocktail style. This venue space is so flexible, you can add outdoor tables and chairs to the lawn area surrounding the deck to increase guest numbers if required.

Gallic Bar and Patio

The Gallic Bar and Patio an amazing outdoor venue is ideal in the warmer months with the entire ceiling covered stunningly with fairy lighting. 


The Gallic Bar and Patio can accommodate up to 350 guests with the option for your guests to spill out onto a beautiful lawn area with picnic tables and seating.
